Wednesday 12th November

Yet again can we pray for the folks in the Philippines; they have had a tough time this last few weeks with hurricanes, which have killed a conservative 200 people and left devastation in their wake. The Philippines are again facing a typhoon which is expected to be more severe than those of the past weeks. We talk glibly about global warming, and are bothered with the excesses in our own weather, but keep in mind that we have not experienced anything like the weather in the Philippines or in the Gulf of Mexico which we have been praying about these past few weeks
